These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings through NLW Tourismus, to bookings via the online booking system as well as to bookings made otherwise (in writing, by fax or over the phone).

1. Scope of application:
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all travel arrangements through NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH, to bookings via the online booking system as well as to bookings made otherwise (in writing, verbally, by fax or over the phone).
2. Contract between NLW Tourismus and the Guest (NLW Tourismus as agent):
NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH offers the Guest the possibility to book travel services of third parties. NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH does not offer any travel services on its own responsibility. A booking constitutes only the conclusion of an agency contract between the Guest and NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH. The provisions of Sections 31b et seqq. of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) – or the provisions of the Austrian Package Travel Act (PRG) as of 1.7.2018 – do not apply to such contract. The General Terms and Conditions of Travel (ARB 1992) do also not apply to the agency contract.
3. Contract between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest:
3.1 Conclusion of the travel contract:
When intermediating travel arrangements, NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall act as intermediary on behalf of the Guest and shall forward declarations of intent to the Accommodation Provider concerned. Upon booking, the Guest offers the Accommodation Provider the conclusion of a contract. The contract shall be concluded by NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH by means of (written) confirmation (in form of an email for example).
3.2 Application of the prevailing GTC and the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006):
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) shall apply to the contract between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider, unless otherwise agreed in the individual agreement or the prevailing GTC (different cancellation and payment terms for example). The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) will be linked separately in the booking transaction and are always accessible at https://www.nlw.at/de/impressum/agb.
Thus, the contract between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider shall be determined by the individual agreement, the prevailing GTC and the AGBH 2006. In case of content-related deviations, the individual agreement shall take precedence over the other integral parts of the contract, and the prevailing GTC shall take precedence over the AGBH 2006.
Upon conclusion of the contract between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider by confirmation of NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH, the following payment terms shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in the individual agreement:
A deposit of one percent of the total amount of the respective booking (excluding local tax) shall be payable upon completion of the booking. Payee of this deposit shall be the respective Accommodation Provider (= contract partner of the Guest). Payments can be made in general by credit card or bank transfer. The acceptable means of payment are defined by the Accommodation Provider. The credit card details shall be stored in the system of NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH as guarantee in case of credit card payments. The data will be forwarded to the Accommodation Provider for debiting. The Guest must pay the remaining cost of travel plus local tax directly to the Accommodation Provider.
Short-notice bookings up to 4 days prior to arrival:
- booking is completed without deposit if only bank transfer is accepted;
- booking by credit card debit is completed by the Accommodation Provider if credit cards are accepted.
Apart from this, the Accommodation Provider determines the payment terms individually. Detailed information about the applicable provisions can be found in the offer and the booking confirmation.
5. Guest’s notifications:
The Guest’s notifications regarding changes and cancellation can only be communicated directly to the Accommodation Provider indicated in the booking confirmation. NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall not be liable for the forwarding of notifications, declarations of intent, etc. between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider after conclusion of the contract.
6. Hotel categories and hotel information:
6.1 Hotel classification:
The hotel classification is based on an inspection of the accommodation by the Hotel Association of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
6.2 Additional hotel information:
The additional hotel information is based on details provided by the respective hotel. NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH does not accept responsibility for such information.
The Guest acknowledges that the data provided by him will be processed only as far as necessary for making the booking (Article 6 (1) letter b General Data Protection Regulation). The data will be deleted upon expiry of the legal retention periods. NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH complies with the applicable data protection regulations. Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, the Guest shall be entitled to information about the relevant personal data, to correction, deletion or restriction of processing the relevant personal data, and shall have the right to data portability as well as the right to object to the processing of the relevant personal data. In case of an alleged violation of the data protection regulations, the Guest has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall not be liable for the performance of the intermediated travel services of the Accommodation Provider. Only the Accommodation Provider specified in the offer and the booking confirmation shall be liable for the service performance. In case of damages arising from the culpable violation of this agency contract, NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall only be liable for damages – except personal injuries – caused by intent or gross negligence.
9. Travel insurance:
NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH recommends taking out travel insurance.
10. Ski passes
The sales and carriage conditions of the Nassfeld cable car partners apply. NLW Tourismus Marketing GmbH shall not be liable for any damages and refunds of ski passes.

Individual payment & cancellation terms:
The Accommodation Provider is free to replace the payment & cancellation terms specified by the organisation with his own. In this case, the terms of the Accommodation Provider shall take precedence. If individual provisions, e.g. last-minute offers, early bird discount or stricter terms during busy periods (Christmas, New Year’s Eve), have been defined, those will be indicated in our booking channels.

Ticket sale for the next skiing day from 15:00 Uhr.
Opening lift hours Nassfeld:
Daily 9:00 until 16:15 Uhr, Millennium-Express daily from 8:30 until 16:45 Uhr.
